We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join F&B Operation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of supply chain activities.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Forecast demand and inventory levels to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts.
- Continuously monitor market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to proactively adapt supply chain strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, hospitality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
