We’re looking for a designer who doesn’t just create beautiful visuals — but high-converting ones. It’s important that you understand marketing, can quickly assemble landing pages, produce test-ready creatives, and review everything with the eye of a QA tester. This role is one of the key positions in our R&D team — speed, precision, and taste have a direct impact on the test results.
What you’ll be responsible for:

Creating and building landing pages on Tilda;

Producing static and video creatives tailored to specific tests;

Checking the technical accuracy and correct functioning of all elements;

Identifying ways to improve loading speed and mobile usability;

Working in fast iterations: build → test → refine;

Supporting several ongoing tests simultaneously;

Maintaining clear communication with the PMM and performance marketing specialist.
What we expect from you:

2+ years of experience as a digital designer;

Strong skills in Tilda (adaptive design, layout, integrations, performance optimization);

Ability to use HTML, CSS;
-
Deep understanding of mobile-first design and the specific needs of mobile traffic;

Ability to integrate scripts, validate forms, configure trackers, and ensure a smooth user journey;

Ability to create static and simple video creatives (manually or using AI tool);

A strong design sense — you can distinguish high-quality visuals from generic AI output;

Native-level Russian language;
-
High attention to detail and clean, fast execution;

Experience working closely with copywriters and performance marketers;
-
Regular use of AI tools in your workflow to speed up production.
