Andersen is hiring a Business/System Analyst to work on international digital transformation projects, collaborating with global teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

We invite you to become part of our BA & SA team consisting of more than 200 qualified analysts.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements for mobile banking application (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS) and a web-based admin panel.
  • Defining and elaborating key functionality: authentication and biometrics, cards and accounts, payments and transfers, tokenization, QR, PDF generation, CRUD requests, device binding, and push notifications.
  • Developing functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Modeling business processes and user flows (BPMN, UML).
  • Documenting integrations and system architecture requirements (mobile application, admin panel, API, microservices, databases).
  • Collaborating with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
  • Manaing the product backlog and participating in release planning and roadmap definition.
  • Preparing regulatory documentation and ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2.
  • Analyzing risks, metrics, and implementation quality, and participating in testing and monitoring.

Must-haves:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in banking or fintech for 5+ years.
  • Experience in analyzing and documenting complex banking processes and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and processes: cards, accounts, loans, payments, transfers, card and wallet tokenization.
  • Experience integrating banking and third-party systems (SWIFT, ERP, and similar platforms).
  • Hands-on experience with microservice architectures, API-first approaches, and REST / gRPC / event-driven systems.
  • Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases.
  • Skills in business process modeling and documentation: BPMN, UML, BRD / FSD / SRS, and user stories.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Excel.
  • Understanding of DevOps processes and infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, system mindset, and attention to security and regulatory requirements.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

  • AWS certifications.
