Responsibilities

Search, select, and evaluate suppliers

Conduct tenders and commercial negotiations

Prepare, conclude, and manage contracts

Monitor prices, delivery timelines, and product quality

Maintain procurement documentation and reporting

Optimize costs and improve supplier cooperation terms

Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Warehouse, Finance)
-
Monitor stock levels and plan purchasing activities
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement / supply chain / purchasing

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Analytical mindset and ability to work confidently with numbers

Proficient in MS Excel

Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
-
English language – at least intermediate level (preferred)

Experience in F&B, retail, or operational environments is an advantage
