Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage administrative activities of projects within internal regulations;
- to be in charge of processing permits documents for expats;
- Procure office supplies, greet and assist visitors;
- Monitoring of administrative matters (i.e., cleaning, transportation, printing, advertising, translation and stationery & office supplies), draft contracts with organizations for purchasing necessary goods, works or services;
- Ensure smooth operation of office and projects;
- Manage office stationery stock and other office supplies with keeping the consumption log up to date;
- Arrange and coordinate staff retreats, office events, project working meetings, workshops and trainings;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.
