We are seeking a CBDO and Growth Architect.
Verigram is an AI company with a team of over 70 people. We create digital identification products (eKYC/IDV), document signing for enterprise clients (E-signature), and AI agents for customer service and contact centers for enterprise clients. We have over 100 clients, over 2+ million transactions monthly, contracts with major banks, mobile operators, and production companies, and AI technologies that beat benchmarks.
The company is aggressively scaling.
Goal: Maintain a 3X year-over-year growth rate.
We need a CBDO who will ensure high-quality growth and build a systemic revenue generation machine.
Challenge
Company growth 3X, working with the enterprise segment. Entering and scaling into new markets (Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Africa, and others). Maintain and expand relationships with enterprise clients and C-level managers.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy: Develop a go-to-market strategy for new markets and products. Determine how to enter new markets and segments. We expect your suggestions for product and business development as a whole.

Deal Closing: Personally manage and close key deals (from $100,000 to $500,000+) with C-level stakeholders from banks and enterprises.

Team & System Building: Recruiting top-tier players, mentoring, developing, and motivating them. Building and improving the company's business processes.

Partnerships: Creating an ecosystem of integrators, partners, and agents who will scale our sales. Establish partnerships with IT integrators, including international ones, and integrate into their global distribution chain.

Client Relations: Strong network at the C-level among banks, telecoms, and enterprises. Find and establish connections with management and decision-makers at enterprises, and government agencies in Kazakhstan, gain insights, and maintain informal connections. Identify and evaluate customer needs, develop and propose solutions to their problems.
Requirements:

SaaS Native: You understand SaaS economics (ARR, CAC/LTV, churn, sales cycle) and know how B2B IT products work.

Enterprise Hunter: You know how to sell a complex product within a corporation and have proven traction. You are not afraid of compliance, IT, and procurement departments. You are skilled at shortening deal cycles.

Scaler: You have already experienced exponential company growth. You know what breaks during scaling and how to fix it.
