Recruitment & Enrolment Growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive pupil recruitment strategy aligned with the School’s enrolment targets.
- Base admissions plans on robust market analysis and alignment with marketing and promotional activities.
- Achieve agreed enrolment targets.
- Identify and develop new recruitment channels.
- Market the School to appropriate target audiences for pupil recruitment.
Admissions Operations & Pipeline Management
- Ensure all student enrolment processes are conducted strictly in accordance with the School’s recruitment policies and standards.
- Manage the full admissions pipeline from initial enquiry through assessment, offer, and enrolment.
- Increase conversion rates at each stage of the admissions journey.
- Field and manage all enquiries to the Admissions Office in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of prospective families and pupil intake within the School’s management/CRM system.
- Track and forecast pupil numbers based on pipeline data and trends.
Parent Engagement & Customer Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families.
- Liaise with parents regarding admission enquiries and application processes.
- Coordinate school tours, visits, demo lessons, Open Days, and other promotional activities.
- Facilitate meetings between parents and relevant School staff.
- Coordinate student applications, assessments, and placement testing.
- Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to cultivate parent loyalty and maintain positive engagement.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the admissions journey.
Team Leadership & Channel Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the Admissions (Pupil Recruitment) team.
- Set and monitor KPIs related to enquiries, visits, offers, and conversions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key recruitment channels, agents, and feeder schools.
- Ensure high professional and ethical standards within the team.
- Provide regular updates and data-driven analysis of admissions performance to the SLT (Senior Leadership Team).
- Analyse admissions metrics and recommend strategic improvements to maximise enrolment outcomes.
