Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the corporate HSE management system and Integrated Management System (IMS) and RoK requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures in line with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Prepare HSE sections of project documentation (occupational safety plans, environmental impact assessments, emergency response plans).
- Maintain and update HSE documentation: policies, procedures, reports, training records.
- Monitor compliance with Kazakhstan’s occupational health, industrial safety, and environmental legislation.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities.
- Support project managers with HSE documentation and regulatory approvals.
- Review contractors’ HSE plans and ensure alignment with corporate and legal requirements.
- Organize and document safety inductions and training sessions for project teams.
- Assist in internal and external audits, prepare corrective action plans.
- Facilitate communication with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- University degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related fields.
- Experience in HSE within engineering or oil & gas projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan’s occupational health and environmental legislation.
- Proficiency in documentation management and reporting.
- Ability to work in a project-driven environment and collaborate with engineers and project managers.

Education: Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement. Master degree preferred
Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory - Kazakh is advantageous
