Conduct biodiversity assessments, ecological surveys, and habitat evaluations.

Monitor flora and fauna in the project area and assess potential environmental impacts.

Develop and implement Biodiversity Action Plans (BAP).

Ensure compliance with national environmental legislation and international standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, EBRD requirements, if applicable).

Prepare environmental and biodiversity monitoring reports.

Liaise with regulatory authorities and environmental stakeholders.

Support environmental permitting and reporting processes.
-
Provide recommendations to minimize environmental risks and enhance sustainability.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Biology, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ecological or biodiversity management.

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and biodiversity conservation practices.

Experience in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Ability to conduct fieldwork.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Fluency in English; Russian/Uzbek is an advantage.
