Responsibilities
  • Supporting senior management in preparing of annual report (financial year plan / annual management review)
  • Preparing monthly commercial report incl. extracting of cost and revenue information from the accounting system (1C) and data import into ERP system (template based)
  • Preparing / updating and presenting of monthly cash flow overview / statement
  • Supporting senior management in preparing monthly report
  • Analysing deviations in turnover and costs compared to annual planning
  • Preparing and organizing quarterly project audits
  • Supporting Project Manager in budget and estimate to complete calculations in the ERP system
  • Determining intercompany billing method with senior management and preparing of intercompany fee agreement based on ILF standard templates
  • Initiating intercompany billing
  • Preparing bank guarantee applications and coordinating the issuing with the HQ
  • Calculating internal cost rates and overhead factors
  • Updating / maintaining company and project master data in the ERP System
  • Preparing HQ internal commercial company audit
  • Determining key figures after the end of calendar year
  • Preparing ad-hoc analysis of costs / revenue data upon request by senior management
Requirements
  • Experience in financial reporting, financial planning
  • Experience in data gathering, analysis and presentation
  • Being familiar with accounting systems (1C would be a plus).
  • Experience with ERP Systems (Maconomy Deltek would be a plus)
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Independent, flexible and capacity for teamwork
  • Ability to prioritize and attend to multiple assignments while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Experience in the Consulting / Engineering Consulting sector would be considered a plus
  • Education: Bachelor degree (economical, financial-economic) is minimum requirement. Master degree preferred.
    Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory. Kazakh is advantageous.
    Professional experience: Min 5 years
