About the role
We’re looking for a self-driven Head of Sales to lead our B2B sales team at TBC Recruiting & Consulting. You’ll be managing sales, finding new clients, and growing revenue. This is not a 9–5 desk job — we need someone responsible, punctual, and goal-oriented who can work independently.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales department

Develop and execute sales strategies

Build strong client relationships

Identify new business opportunities in the U.S. market

Track KPIs and report results to leadership
- Generate leads
- Quality check junior sales representatives
- Perform reports.

6+ years of B2B sales experience

Strong conversational English

Ability to work independently without micromanagement

Responsible, punctual, and goal-oriented

Experience in the U.S. trucking industry — big plus
