  • About the role

    We’re looking for a self-driven Head of Sales to lead our B2B sales team at TBC Recruiting & Consulting. You’ll be managing sales, finding new clients, and growing revenue. This is not a 9–5 desk job — we need someone responsible, punctual, and goal-oriented who can work independently.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales department

  • Develop and execute sales strategies

  • Build strong client relationships

  • Identify new business opportunities in the U.S. market

  • Track KPIs and report results to leadership

  • Generate leads
  • Quality check junior sales representatives
  • Perform reports.
Требования:
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Strong conversational English

  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement

  • Responsible, punctual, and goal-oriented

  • Experience in the U.S. trucking industry — big plus
