We are a dynamic and fast-growing team looking for a Mass Recruitment Specialist with High-Volume Hiring Experience to drive our ambitious hiring goals. If you thrive in high-volume recruitment environments, excel at structured candidate assessment (e.g., STAR methodology), and love the challenge of scaling teams rapidly, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale recruitment campaigns to support company growth (70%+ focus on sourcing and selection).

Conduct structured interviews using competency-based frameworks and group discussions to assess candidates efficiently.

Manage end-to-end hiring pipelines for high-volume roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute mass selection processes (group interviews, assessment centers, etc.).

Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, talent pools) to attract top talent.

Maintain and optimize the candidate database (SAGE) and provide data-driven recruitment reports.

Support HR initiatives like onboarding, retention programs, and employer branding to enhance hiring outcomes.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in mass recruiting (agency, RPO, or corporate high-volume hiring).
✅ Expertise in structured interview techniques (STAR, competency-based assessments).
✅ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills for both active and passive candidates.
✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines under tight deadlines.
✅ Fluent in Russian, Uzbek, and English (C1+).
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools (SAGE).
✅ Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
