About the Company and the Project

International company providing medical interpretation services for clinics and healthcare institutions in the United States.

Under the U.S. government healthcare insurance program, patients who do not speak English are entitled to a free medical interpreter. These services are provided by specialized companies.

In 2025, the company entered the Uzbekistan market with the support of IT Park and began building a team of medical interpreters within the country.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate real-time interpretation between English and Ukrainian during medical consultations (online format).

• Interpret conversations between doctors, patients, and medical staff without adding or omitting information.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow medical interpretation ethics standards.

• Ensure clear, neutral, and professional communication during calls.

• Be available during scheduled working hours and respond promptly to incoming interpretation requests.

• Complete required internal training and successfully pass certification testing.

Professional Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian - advanced level (C1 or higher).

• Ability to work night shifts (according to U.S. time zones).

• Willingness to complete internal training and pass certification testing.

Technical Requirements:

• A laptop or desktop computer.

• PC / laptop: Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 and above, 8–16 GB RAM.

• Headset with a microphone (good sound quality, no background noise).

• Stable wired internet connection.

• Neutral gray background
(fabric, paper, or a professional backdrop — your choice).

Work Schedule:

• 5/2 schedule
• Work is performed during night shifts (the earliest shift starts at 17:00 in the evening)

• Hourly rate: $4.17 USD

• With a standard workload (8 hours per day), the average monthly income is approximately $700 USD
• Final earnings depend on the actual number of hours worked:

• more hours result in higher income
• fewer hours result in proportionally lower income
