We are seeking a Sales manager for a newly opening tattoo studio in Edinburg (remotely)

Role Responsibilities

Manage and develop the studio’s sales.

Achieve revenue, bookings, and conversion targets.

Build, optimize, and control the sales funnel.

Ensure high-quality lead processing (calls, messengers, CRM)

Develop and implement sales scripts and communication standards.

Train, onboard, and develop sales managers; conduct regular training sessions

Set up and optimize sales department workflows and processes

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including:

Booking conversion rate

Number of visits

Average check

Repeat visits

Analyze cancellations, no-shows, and lost customers to improve performance

Collaborate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Support promotions, service packages, and sales incentive strategies

Prepare regular performance reports for senior management

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a B2C service business (studios, salons, hospitality, or similar is a plus)

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Deep understanding of sales metrics and performance analytics

Hands-on experience with Kommo CRM

Experience building and optimizing sales funnels

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

English — working proficiency or higher

Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Results-driven mindset and structured approach to work
