An international company with a strong corporate culture and ambitious growth plans is looking for an experienced HR Manager who will become a strategic partner to the business and support the development of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-cycle HR support to business units

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes (from specialists to managerial positions)

  • Develop and support HR processes: performance management, employee evaluation, and development

  • Work on employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives

  • Advise managers on people management and HR-related matters

  • Participate in HR projects and implementation of international best practices

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to the business

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner

  • Experience in large or international companies will be an advantage

  • Strong experience in recruitment and talent development

  • Good understanding of modern HR tools and practices

  • Ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Fluency in Russian and English is required;
