Key Responsibilities

Provide full-cycle HR support to business units

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes (from specialists to managerial positions)

Requirements

10 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner

Experience in large or international companies will be an advantage

Fluency in Russian and English is required;
