HYPERVSN is considering adding a Senior 3D Motion Design position at our Minsk office soon.
Our company creates a unique product that allows 3D visuals to float in mid-air and be perceived as holograms. Our portfolio includes artworks created for brands such as Henkel, Audi, Lacoste, Oral-B, Coca-Cola, and many others. Join our design team and create 3D content for high-profile brands worldwide.
What you will do:
- Lead projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company on creating visuals for the new HYPERVSN solutions.
- Brainstorm with team members and create mood boards and concepts of visuals at the pre-sales stage.
- Stay updated on the new industry standards, latest trends and technologies in motion design to continuously enhance our visual content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working in Cinema4D (3D modeling, animation).
- Solid knowledge of Redshift/Octane render (materials, lighting).
- Adobe AE (Ps, AI programs, Encoder).
- Compositing (render passes).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and advocate for creative ideas and concepts.
- Good command of English.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with immersive technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Houdini, Unreal Engine/Unity, and Metahuman Creator.
- Previous experience of communicating with end users.
- Familiarity with sound design and integration.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
