Responsibilities
Organizational Design and Change Management
-
Support the implementation of organizational design initiatives and restructuring projects

Prepare business cases and provide HR consulting support for organizational changes
-
Ensure implementation of changes in compliance with labor legislation
-
Coordinate cross-functional communication and support change management activities
HR Programs and Core Processes
-
Implement and facilitate core HR processes such as performance management, talent review, and engagement programs
-
Support the rollout of HR initiatives developed by Centers of Expertise (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Communication & Engagement)
-
Guide managers and employees through HR processes and policies
Headcount and Cost Management
-
Support headcount planning and workforce management
-
Participate in HR budgeting and forecasting processes (including AOP)
-
Monitor compensation and benefits costs and analyze budget variances
Talent and Development
-
Support talent management agenda and development initiatives
-
Partner with managers to identify development opportunities for employees
Employee Relations and Labor Law
-
Provide guidance to managers on labor legislation and employee relations topics
-
Support labor cases and ensure compliance with local regulations
-
Participate in development and updates of local HR policies and procedures
Compliance
-
Support compliance initiatives including Conflict of Interest (COI) assessments
-
Participate in Speak Up investigations and follow-up actions related to people topics
-
Ensure completion of mandatory certifications such as Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery
People Analytics

Provide regular and ad-hoc HR analytics and insights to HR partners and business leaders
Other

Support the medical insurance tender process and related HR activities
Requirements
Experience
-
3–5+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Business Partner / HR Operations roles
-
Experience in international or structured companies is preferred
-
Proven experience in implementing HR processes and supporting business leaders
-
Experience in organizational changes and change management is an advantage
-
Experience working with compensation programs, including bonus schemes is preferred
Knowledge
-
Strong knowledge of Labor Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
-
Understanding of HR processes such as performance management, talent review, engagement programs
-
Understanding of compensation & benefits principles (salary review, bonuses, budgeting)
-
Knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations practices
-
Understanding of HR analytics and reporting
