🇬🇧 About the role:

We are looking for a strong academic leader who will take full responsibility for the quality of teaching across the entire network.

This is a key role — you will build, train, and manage the teaching team, ensuring high standards, strong retention, and real student results.

Key responsibilities:

• Hiring teachers (screening, interviews, selection);

• Training & onboarding new teachers according to our methodology;

• Ensuring teachers follow standards and structure;

• Creating and improving lessons & materials;

• Methodological work (lesson design, corrections, upgrades);

• Monitoring teaching quality across all centers;

• Tracking and improving key metrics:

  • student retention;

  • lesson quality;

  • student satisfaction.

• Regular feedback and development of teachers.

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching and academic management;

• Strong methodological background (ability to create and improve lessons);

• Experience in training / mentoring teachers;

• Ability to build systems, not just “teach”;

• Strong leadership and responsibility for results;

• English level: C1+;

• CELTA / DELTA (preferred).
