About the company:
We are a U.S.-based consulting company helping businesses manage government employment programs and tax-related processes. Our work focuses on organizing employee data, ensuring compliance, and supporting clients with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize employee information and documentation

  • Maintain and update data in Excel / Google Sheets

  • Track employee working hours and ensure records are accurate

  • Follow up with clients to request missing information

  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy

  • Support internal processes related to compliance and reporting

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

  • Ability to work with large amounts of data

  • English level: C1 or higher (written and spoken)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to have:
  • Experience in operations, administration, HR, payroll, or compliance

  • Experience working with international (U.S.) clients
