We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Manager who will ensure smooth administrative operations and support a comfortable and efficient working environment for the team.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate administrative processes across the office, warehouse, and regions

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Organize business trips (local and international): tickets, accommodation, transfers, and documentation

Provide visa and migration support for employees and their family members
-
Work with vendors: sourcing, tenders, contract management, and ongoing communication
-
Maintain document flow and process invoices and closing documents in 1C ERP
-
Monitor timely submission of documents to бухгалтерия

Supervise technical and outsourced staff

Plan and control administrative budget

Organize visits of foreign guests and internal corporate events
Requirements:
-
Experience in a similar administrative role
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

Attention to detail and high level of responsibility

Experience working with documentation and 1C will be an advantage

English proficiency at least at Pre-Intermediate level
-
Experience in visa support will be considered a strong advantage
