We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Manager who will ensure smooth administrative operations and support a comfortable and efficient working environment for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative processes across the office, warehouse, and regions

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Organize business trips (local and international): tickets, accommodation, transfers, and documentation

  • Provide visa and migration support for employees and their family members

  • Work with vendors: sourcing, tenders, contract management, and ongoing communication

  • Maintain document flow and process invoices and closing documents in 1C ERP

  • Monitor timely submission of documents to бухгалтерия

  • Supervise technical and outsourced staff

  • Plan and control administrative budget

  • Organize visits of foreign guests and internal corporate events

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Attention to detail and high level of responsibility

  • Experience working with documentation and 1C will be an advantage

  • English proficiency at least at Pre-Intermediate level

  • Experience in visa support will be considered a strong advantage
