As our Reception Specialist, you will:

Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk reception.

Book and manage conference rooms for internal and external meetings.

Greet and assist visitors.

Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.

Assist in organizing and coordinating internal meetings and events.

Prepare, register, and file various types of documentation.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- Have a higher education degree (preferably in linguistics or management).

Have at least 6 months of experience in administrative support.

Are proficient in Kazakh, Russian, and English at an upper-intermediate level.

Show strong attention to detail, can multitask under pressure, and work well as part of a team.
