Dutch-speaking Call Agent / Closer (Part-time, Remote)
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking call agent to handle warm inbound leads who have already requested a call.
No cold calling — only scheduled conversations with interested clients.
Calls are short, structured, and focused.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct calls with potential clients in Dutch (Netherlands);
* Handle pre-booked calls with warm leads;
* Follow provided scripts and call structure;
* Contact clients within the scheduled time window (±10 minutes);
* Record call outcomes.
Requirements:
* Fluent / native-level Dutch with no accent;
* Experience in phone communication (sales experience is a plus, but not required);
* Clear and confident communication skills;
* Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
Working conditions:
* Fully remote work;
