Sales assistant (Продавец-консультант) for International company (retail)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service

• Identify customer needs and provide information about products

• Monitor and achieve sales department goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store

• Consult with customers, handle objections and complaints

• Work with POS systems and cash registers

• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, modifying store design)

• Inform customers about any special offers or discounts provided by the store

Requirements:

• English- Intermediate +

• Experience in sales of watch and jewelry brands is must

• English language proficiency at Intermediate level

• Willingness to work and grow within an international company
