Chief Editor / Copywriter

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the overall content strategy across product, marketing, and brand
• Lead and grow our blog — define its editorial direction and continuously improve key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)
• Build, optimize, and scale content production processes using a custom AI system developed specifically for our company
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to increase speed, consistency, and quality of content
• Define and maintain a strong, consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints
• Manage and mentor a team of writers, editors, and external contributors
• Work cross-functionally with product, SEO, PR, design, and support teams
• Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with our brand and fast-moving Web3 narratives

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Chief Editor / Content Lead / Lead Copywriter
• Exceptional English and Russian writing and editing skills
• Deep understanding of Web3, crypto, and fintech ecosystems
• Proven experience building and scaling editorial processes
• Deep familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Notion AI) and practical use in content production
• Experience managing content teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to work across formats: product copy, long reads, PR, lifecycle, social, SEO
• Hands-on experience with Notion, Jira, Google Docs
