Alif Uz Corp is an American transportation and logistics company providing freight transportation services across the United States. We are actively scaling our operations and looking to strengthen our marketing function to attract qualified truck drivers across the United States.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns aimed at recruiting truck drivers in the US market.

This is a key role where you will directly impact driver acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop and execute driver acquisition strategies for the US market
• Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, and conversion metrics
• Conduct audience research and targeting (owner-operators, company drivers, etc.)
• Create and test ad creatives (in collaboration with designers/content team)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
• Scale successful campaigns and improve ROI
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing / paid traffic (2+ years)
• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience working with the US market (highly preferred)
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics
• English proficiency (working level or higher)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to Have:

• Experience in trucking / logistics / driver recruitment marketing
• Experience with CRM and lead tracking systems
• Copywriting skills for ads
