We are looking for an experienced Head of Payments / PSP to build and scale a high-volume transaction processing business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with acquiring banks and payment providers
- Launch and scale payment processing infrastructure (cards, APMs, bank transfers)
- Drive transaction volume growth to $10M+ daily
- Optimize routing, approval rates, and processing costs
- Manage risk, chargebacks, and AML compliance
- Build and lead a payments operations team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in PSP / payment processing business
- Experience managing $5M+ daily transaction volume
- Strong network of banks, acquirers, and payment providers
- Deep understanding of payment flows, fees, and unit economics
- Experience in high-risk verticals is a strong advantage
Compensation:
- Base salary + performance bonus
- Revenue share / profit share (negotiable)
