We are looking for a result-oriented Team Lead to drive our SEO affiliate direction. If you know how to scale FTDs through traffic and have a solid network of webmasters, let’s talk.

What you will do:

• Lead & Scale: Manage a team of affiliate managers to grow SEO traffic.

• Acquisition: Drive new FTDs using RS, CPA, Hybrid, and Fixed Fee models.

• Partnerships: Recruit new partners and maintain strong relationships with top active affiliates.

• Optimization: Deep dive into campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to boost ROI.

Skills you’ll need:

• Experience: 3+ years in doorway SEO affiliate traffic specifically within the iGaming vertical.

• Network: An existing pool of trusted webmasters in the SEO niche.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEO principles: link-building, cloaking, automation, and traffic scaling.

• Language: English level B2 or higher.
