What you are going to do:
- Launch an owned network of UGC accounts and oversee an always-on content production and posting.
- Develop and execute social media strategies on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other platforms; understand what drives virality and emerging trends.
- Manage UGC creators and AI motion designers: set clear briefs, oversee timelines, ensure quality, and provide actionable feedback.
- Spot, adapt, and scale trends for brand use across multiple formats.
- Ideate and plan content across formats including: talking heads, UGC, reaction videos, memes, quizzes, etc.
- Understand platform algorithms and growth drivers (hooks, retention, watch time); test content hypotheses effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CR to leads and sales, with the main purpose of revenue generation) and adjust strategy based on data.
What we expect from you
- 2+ years in social media, creative strategy, viral content, or UGC.
- Experience in launching and scaling a content factory.
- Portfolio demonstrating real metrics (views, engagement, shares, leads/installs/orders).
- Proven experience building creative systems, not just producing one-off viral videos.
- Deep understanding of virality mechanics and emotional triggers.
- Experience working with UGC creators, composing briefs and providing high-quality feedback.
- English B2–C1.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Experience building a content production system from scratch - accounts and analytics setup.
- Knowledge of native product integration principles (social/organic content focus).
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience with AI-driven content tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Nano Banana, Sora, etc.).
- Experience with influencer marketing.
