We are seeking an Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic Client team in Uzbekistan.
It is an entry-level position.
Location: Remote GMT+5
Languages Required: Uzbek (C1), English (B2) and Russian (C1)
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with incoming leads - you’ll be in charge of converting leads into paying clients
- Technical Solutions: Assist in implementing internal technical solutions to improve client experiences and campaign outcomes.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve our products and services based on client needs.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and resources to support clients in using our platforms effectively.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficient in Russian (C1) and native or fluent in Uzbek; English level is B2 or more
- Client Experience: Experience working with clients is required. Experience in the advertising sphere will be a significant plus.
- Learning Ability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take responsibility for your work.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and improve their success.
- Stress Management: Ability to manage stress and stay composed under pressure.
- Proactivity: Demonstrated proactivity and ownership of tasks and projects.
