Procurement Specialist

(Temporary Role)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle (PR–PO–Contract process)
• Review and process purchase requisitions (PR)
• Source suppliers, conduct tenders, and lead negotiations
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (PO)
• Monitor delivery timelines and contract execution
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (PR, PO, Contracts)
• Experience in supplier management and tendering processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

• Temporary role for 6 months with potential extension
