HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team in Sirdarya.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations).

• Ensure compliance with Uzbekistan labor legislation and internal company policies.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition processes.

• Handle compensation & benefits administration.

• Maintain HR documentation and reporting.

• Foster a positive and productive working environment.

• Act as a liaison between management and employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience (industrial/energy sector experience is an advantage).

• Strong knowledge of local labor law.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Russian (Uzbek is an advantage).
