We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team in Sirdarya.
Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations).

Ensure compliance with Uzbekistan labor legislation and internal company policies.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Support workforce planning and talent acquisition processes.
-
Handle compensation & benefits administration.
-
Maintain HR documentation and reporting.
-
Foster a positive and productive working environment.

Act as a liaison between management and employees.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience (industrial/energy sector experience is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of local labor law.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Russian (Uzbek is an advantage).
