Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant maintenance operations
• Supervise the technical team and contractors
• Plan preventive maintenance, budgets, and expenses
• Support new openings and renovation projects
• Monitor spare parts and equipment
• Optimize costs and processes

Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• 10+ years of experience in technical roles, including at least 5 years in managerial positions (preferably in retail/F&B)
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair

Skills:

• Leadership and communication skills
• Budget planning and control
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
