Обязанности:

Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee day-to-day corporate office operations and facilities services.
- Ensure office infrastructure, safety, security, and maintenance standards are maintained.
- Manage space allocation, asset tracking, and office optimization initiatives.
- Supervise reception, housekeeping, drivers, and outsourced service providers.

Visa & Immigration Control
- Oversee and control visa processing activities for expatriate employees and visitors.
- Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and external agencies for work permits, residency permits, business visas, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of visa status, expiry dates, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely renewals and prevent overstay or regulatory violations.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on immigration procedures and requirements.
- Support onboarding and mobilization of expatriate staff in coordination with HR and project teams.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor and immigration laws.

Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage contracts and performance of facility management and visa service providers.
- Monitor vendor SLAs and ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and services in line with corporate policies.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.

Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage the administration budget including facilities and visa-related costs.
- Track expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Support cost forecasting and reporting.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate administration, facilities management, or office management.
- Experience in a multinational or corporate environment preferred.
- Knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
