Who we're looking for

You have real experience in real estate marketing — not "marketing in general", but specifically in development
You've managed a team and delivered measurable results
You understand how to sell premium: different buyer psychology, longer deal cycles
You've worked with international audiences
Fluent English and Russian, portfolio with cases and numbers

What you'll be doing

Build a marketing strategy focused on growth and lead generation
Strengthen the brand in the premium segment on a global scale
Manage the team and all marketing activities
Build and maintain the marketing — sales — product alignment

This is not an executor role. This is for someone who wants to build, not maintain.
