Senior Financial Data Analyst

Now we are seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Financial analytics across our portfolio.
• Get an in-depth understanding into our products (DEX swaps, crypto financial products, crypto purchases, etc).
• Build (and improve on existing) dbt data models and ETL processes for financial reporting.
• Automate financial reporting: get it as close as possible to “1-click”.
• Automate financial reconciliations between different data sources (blockchain VS internal records).
• Coordinate with the external audit team on questions of financial analytics.
• Present findings directly to CFO and CEO.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analyst/Financial Analyst, predominantly in FinTech/Crypto.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Some familiarity with data warehousing (e.g. ClickHouse/Airflow).
• Financial education OR experience in FinTech/Crypto companies.
• Basic knowledge of crypto.
• Should be comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent English B2-C1, you’ll be communicating directly with external stakeholders.

Strong Plus

• Python+Pandas for financial modelling/analysis.
• dbt hands-on experience.
• Confident knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto wallets, dApps, and key metrics (LTV, TVL, Gross Margins, Revenue VS Cash Flow).
