We are looking for an Junior Accountant with a strong finance knowledge to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities:
- Record and allocate accounting transactions;
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements;
- Support accounts payable processes and payment operations using Ramp;
- Assist with month-end closing procedures;
- Maintain records in QuickBooks Online (QBO);
- Prepare basic financial reports;
- Participate in payroll preparation processes;
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters.
Requirements:
- Accounting education (college or university);
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Ramp;
- English level B1 or higher;
- Experience working remotely;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes;
- Willingness to learn and grow in finance and accounting;
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
