1. Responsibilities:

  • Administrative work (keep a calendar of meetings, cases, and events);
  • Search for information on the Internet in English, as well as subsequent analysis of this information;
  • Work with documents in Excel format (basic analysis, basic formatting, basic data structuring);
  • Work with document flow (preparation of invoices, drawing up acts, editing contracts), work with invoices of service providers;
  • The ability to solve problems under tight deadlines;
  • Writing official letters in Russian and English (mostly English);
  • Fulfilment of instructions of the supervisor;
  • Completion of presentations;
  • Work with tasks in Jira;
  • Update HubSpot, Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn, through email (using Lemlist)


2. Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English (level B2 and above) and Russian (B1 and above).
  • Do you know what are Perplexity, Claude and ChatGPT?
  • Can you convert different time zones using Timebuddy? - it is great if you can learn how to do this quickly
  • Ability to use online translators (Google Translate, Chat GPT/similar)
  • Diligence (attention to detail, since most of the work is information processing);
  • Ability to qualitatively perform a wide range of duties; ability to adapt to new tasks on the fly. The tasks may be given to you on the day of the deadline.
  • Ability to make presentations, knowing basics in design;
  • Ability to make long reports;
  • Politeness;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and/or Google Workspace;
  • Candidates without work experience are considered;
  • The presence of a computer, and the ability to install various applications on it;
  • Good internet speed and a quiet place of work.
  • Ability to call on my behalf and make reservations.

3. Conditions:

  • Remote work, a flexible workday format, 1 day off per week;
  • No need to go to the office. Ability to work from anywhere in the world;
  • Work on GPC basis: monthly salary from 5’000’000 soms (bank transfer), and monthly bonus up to 4´500'000 soms.
