We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with experience in technology-driven industries and a strong interest in FinTech and/or iGaming.
Responsibilities
- Contractual work: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with banks and payment systems, as well as marketing, affiliate, and intellectual property licensing agreements.
- User-facing legal documentation: preparing and updating Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other public legal documents.
- Template management: developing, organizing, and maintaining a structured library of standard contract templates.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in one of the following fields: IT, Legal Consulting, GameDev, EduTech.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in FinTech (payment providers) and/or iGaming.
- Completed higher legal education (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
