Project Manager (Construction) / Проектный менеджер

• Define project scope, develop schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Manage project design and execution to meet established specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including safety and environmental requirements.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead negotiations with stakeholders and clients.
• Create and coordinate project methodologies, including procedures, work instructions, and organizational documentation.
• Ensure proper preparation and approval of permits and project documentation.
• Organize and participate in acceptance commissions for construction projects and transfer projects to warranty service.
• Plan and oversee procurement processes, ensuring contract compliance.
• Conduct production meetings and align all stakeholders with long-term goals and short-term tasks.
• Manage the project budget and oversee costs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Identify and analyze risks, implement mitigation measures, and maintain project quality.

• Education: A higher degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Industrial and Civil Construction, or Transportation Construction.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the construction of industrial or road facilities (e.g., shopping centers, business centers, sports complexes, roads).
• Proven experience managing projects as a project lead throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of the construction and design industry.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with MS Project, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards in construction and design.
• Expertise in modern construction processes, technologies, materials, and compliance with GOST and SNIP standards.
• Relevant certifications such as MBA, IPMA D-C, PMP, or NEBOSH.
