Your responsibilities:
Developing and implementing an effective commercial strategy for the company;
Managing the sales department: organizing, monitoring, and developing the team;
Implementing and optimizing CRM systems, automating processes;
Analyzing the automotive market, competitors, and trends, and developing competitive advantages;
Developing and implementing employee incentive systems;
Negotiating with key clients and partners, banks, and the UAE government, building long-term relationships;
Increasing sales and expanding market share;
Monitoring the implementation of plans and key performance indicators;
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Director or Head of Sales;
Deep understanding of modern sales tools and team management abroad;
Experience working and living abroad is REQUIRED;
Skills in developing and implementing incentive programs;
Analytical mindset, ability to work with large volumes of information;
Experience in high-level negotiations;
English language level C2 (for interactions with international partners, local residents, banks, etc.);
Knowledge of Arabic is a plus;
Drive for growth, leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach;
