Why This Role Matters

You'll be the person who turns a client's global ambitions into reality — owning their UK visa case from first conversation to endorsement. You'll craft compelling narratives for exceptional talent, write CVs and reference letters that get people endorsed, and become a genuine expert in the UK's most sought-after tech visa categories.

What You'll Own

• Lead and manage UK Tech Visa cases end-to-end: Innovator Founder, Global Talent (Tech), and related routes

• Build persuasive endorsement cases — CVs, reference letters, pitch decks, and MVP presentations

• Communicate directly with Endorsement Bodies on behalf of clients

• Develop new product materials based on client business ideas

• Become fluent in "speaking IT" — understanding what makes a client's technical contribution genuinely exceptional

Who You Are

• Experienced with UK Tech Visa categories (Innovator Founder, Global Talent, etc.) — this is non-negotiable

• C1+ English speaker and writer — precision matters here

• Detail-obsessed, because legal nuance is everything

• A rare blend of technical understanding and strong written communication

• Curious, warm, and genuinely excited to help people change their lives
