About the Role:

This is a hands-on Amazon operations role — not a traditional logistics position.

You will fully own the supply chain for a multi-marketplace Amazon business: forecasting, purchasing, supplier management, FBA operations, and compliance. You report directly to the COO and are accountable for keeping the business in stock and running smoothly.

If you have not worked inside Amazon Seller Central, this role is not a match.

What You Own

  • Amazon FBA Operations: Manage inventory across US, CA, UK, EU, and Japan. Own replenishment, monitor IPI, and maintain healthy stock levels across all marketplaces.
  • Inventory Forecasting: Build and maintain a rolling 3-quarter forecast across 20+ SKUs. You identify risks early and prevent stockouts.
  • Purchase Orders: Own the full PO lifecycle — planning, creation, supplier coordination, documentation, and tracking (~35–40 POs/year across global suppliers).
  • Supplier Management: Run day-to-day communication with 8–10 suppliers across China, India, the US, Peru, and more.
  • Quality Control: Coordinate inspections, review reports, and make shipment approval decisions.
  • Amazon Compliance: Ensure all products meet Amazon requirements (certifications, test reports, EPR, VAT, GPSR). You translate requirements into supplier actions.
  • Reporting & Systems: Maintain inventory reporting, 3PL/FBA visibility, and internal documentation (Notion, Sheets).

You’re a Fit If

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central (FBA shipments, restock planning, IPI, multi-marketplace)
  • Experience managing POs with international suppliers (China required)
  • Proven ownership of inventory forecasting (not just assisting)
  • Strong in Google Sheets and comfortable working async (Slack, Asana, Notion)
  • High attention to detail — you catch issues before they happen
  • Strong written English and supplier communication skills
  • CET overlap availability
  • Ownership mindset: you take responsibility and execute without follow-up

Nice-to-have's:

  • EU compliance experience (GPSR, EPR, VAT, CE)
  • Experience beyond Amazon US (EU, UK, CA, JP)
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Scale Insights, Sellerboard, JungleScout, DataDive, DataRova
  • Use of AI tools in daily workflows
