Tech Nomads is a UK-based Global Mobility Platform helping founders, entrepreneurs, and companies relocate internationally — legally and seamlessly. Founded in 2022 by Evgeny Pavlov, we combine proprietary technology with expert support across visa strategy, immigration, housing, banking, and business setup.
Backed by Barclays Eagle Labs and influenced by Y Combinator Startup School, we support clients across UK Global Talent, US O-1, Innovator Founder routes, and more. We are a remote-first international team focused on making relocation a supported transition.
Job Purpose.
The GME Team Lead owns the quality, integrity, and performance of complex, high-value sales. This role combines hands-on deal leadership, team coaching, and sales quality control — ensuring strong qualification, high conversion, and reduced refunds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-value sales cases end-to-end
- Conduct strategy and qualification calls with senior clients
- Approve pricing, deal structures, and service scope within limits
- Act as final authority before closing complex deals
- Improve sales quality, reduce refunds, and prevent mis-selling
- Coach and mentor GMEs; review calls, CRM data, and deal logic
- Align closely with Compliance to ensure realistic positioning
- Monitor CRM performance, conversions, and revenue data
Requirements

4+ years in high-ticket sales, consulting, or advisory

Proven experience handling complex, high-value deals

Strong qualification, risk assessment, and expectation management skills

Experience coaching or leading others

CRM and data analysis skills

Background in immigration, legal, or B2B advisory is a plus

Strong ethical judgment and commercial awareness
