Economics- political economy, economic development and transition, agricultural economics, economics history, education and health economics, econometrics and statistics, data science.
Finance- corporate finance, green finance, banking, financial literacy, digital payments, emerging economies, Bloomberg and Fintech.
Business management- human recourses management, consumer behaviour, SME, business case studies, tourism, ESG/CSR, sustainability.
Law- Central Asian business law, trade law, WTO integration, foreign investment law, intellectual property law, international relations, Erasmus+/Horizon projects
Higher Education management – Transnational Education (TNE), Higher education (HE) management, governance, HE leadership, quality assessment, inclusive HE, UNESCO and British council projects.
Computer science - AI technology, Cloud-based computing, IoT, cyber security, data analytics, Computational Intelligence and Machine Learning, Sustainable & Green Computing and Cryptography.
Обязанности
- To assist in a research as directed by a Member or team of Academic staff of the research cluster;
- To undertake research related activities such as literature review, data collection, analysis and synthesis;
- To seek to publish research outcomes in conjunction with a member(s) of the School(s) / department / cluster;
- To participate in weekly research seminars, training sessions, research development processes and professional development activities including conferences, workshops, seminars and forums;
- To assist in the seeking of local or international funding opportunities for research projects;
- To assist in the administrative arrangements of research activities as directed by a Supervisor, Dean or Associate dean of Graduate School;
- To teach on a range of modules in an appropriate subject area (starting from second semester), and the associated marking and review process, including support to students;
- To make contribution for the development of Research capability and capacity of the university by joining to respective Research Clusters;
- To undertake the administrative and organisational requirements of teaching, and related professional educational provision;
- To engage in institutional projects relating to the mission and direction of research strategy of the university;
- To lead students research projects, conferences and activities;
- To engage in the community and corporate well being of the university and participate in the professional requirements for the institutional development;
- To undertake other duties at a similar level of responsibility and challenge as and when required in consultation with the Supervisor, Associate Dean, Dean or Deputy Rectors.

Qualifications
- Candidates are expected to hold, preferably, an international degree and/or relevant professional qualification (at least a bachelor's degree);
- Candidates should be fluent in English either with 6.5 IELTS or a subject qualification taught and assessed in English as per the policy on Academic staff.
Experience
- Curiosity in research and interest in teaching;
- Research potential in the subject area, evidence of current scholarly and/or professional activity;
- An understanding of the requirements for teaching in H.E. in an international environment;
- Evidence of awareness of professional interest and scholarly activity in the area;
- Evidence of good interpersonal skills, including presentation and communication skills;
- Appropriate level of computer literacy;
- Good writing skills evidenced by any writing sample (i.e., senior project);
- Good computer software or programming skills (i.e., Stata, SPSS or NVIVO, R), (subject related, for example for Economics candidates).
