Обязанности
- To manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- To identify customers’ needs and, depending on this, clarify information or provide consultation.
- To follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- To manage and guide customers through difficult calls or issues, researching each issue and providing solutions.
- To keep records of all conversations in the WIUT Call Centre database and Bitrix comprehensively.
- To make outbound calls to customers when needed.
- To undertake any other duties within his/her competence as assigned by the Call Centre Coordinator, Customer Relations Manager, or Head of the Information and Customer Services Department.
Требования
- An undergraduate degree or an incomplete (expected) undergraduate degree from WIUT (any degree programme).
