Main tasks:

  • Drive brand growth in terms of market share, penetration, and sales;
  • Strengthen brand equity (awareness, consideration, preference);
  • Ensure sustainable profitability of the brand/portfolio;
  • Identify growth opportunities (new segments, channels, innovations);
  • Deliver successful innovation and product launches;
  • Contribute to P&L management.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy and long-term growth plans;
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior; track and evaluate brand performance and KPIs;
  • Lead new product development (NPD) and innovation projects;
  • Develop communication from scratch;
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital);
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness;
  • Lead cross-functional project teams;
  • Mentor and guide junior team members (1 JBM & 1 EBM).

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 year of experience in FMCG marketing;
  • Profound analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in MS (PowerPoint, Excel);
  • English language - advanced level;
  • Innovation and NPD leadership;
  • Team leadership and mentoring.
