Porsche Astana is looking for an experienced and driven leader to head our Dealer Center.

This role is key to ensuring business excellence, delivering an outstanding customer journey, and maintaining the highest standards associated with the Porsche brand.

Key responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for dealership performance (P&L)
• Driving sustainable growth across Sales and Aftersales
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
• Maintaining full compliance with Porsche global standards and corporate identity requirements
• Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team
• Ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with the importer and stakeholders

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven leadership experience in the automotive industry (Dealer Center Director or similar)
• Has experience working with premium brands and OEM standards
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and operational expertise
• Is a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset
• Has Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
