What You Will Do

  • Identify and approach new clients in target industries.
  • Build and grow your own client portfolio.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings (online and offline).
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.

    What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand client needs.
  • Experience with manual labor sectors (logistics, production, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • English is required. Dutch or Eastern European languages are a plus.
