Position Identification

We are looking for a Distributor Business Development Specialist to join our team in Samarkand. The role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong distributor management skills, a passion for sales development, and a results-driven mindset.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and coordinate the work of the Sales Representative team within the distributor structure, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop Sales Representatives through regular coaching, field visits, and structured training sessions.
  • Monitor sales plan fulfillment and execution quality in assigned territories and key regions.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and prepare regular analytical reports for management.
  • Ensure effective assortment management, including full product availability and compliance with merchandising standards at retail outlets.
  • Resolve operational issues related to distribution, order execution, and product delivery in cooperation with distributors.
  • Build and develop long-term partnerships with key distributor customers, including modern trade chains and traditional retail.
  • Monitor compliance with company quality standards, pricing policy, and execution guidelines in points of sale.
  • Support the implementation of commercial initiatives, promotional activities, and corporate projects.

What We Expect

  • Higher education (Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or distributor business development, preferably in FMCG.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, trade marketing principles, and distributor management.
  • Experience working with distributors and retail customers.
  • Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, work with sales reports, and drive performance improvements.
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; English — Upper-Intermediate or above.
