Position Identification
We are looking for a Distributor Business Development Specialist to join our team in Samarkand. The role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong distributor management skills, a passion for sales development, and a results-driven mindset.
What You Will Do
- Manage and coordinate the work of the Sales Representative team within the distributor structure, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop Sales Representatives through regular coaching, field visits, and structured training sessions.
- Monitor sales plan fulfillment and execution quality in assigned territories and key regions.
- Analyze sales performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and prepare regular analytical reports for management.
- Ensure effective assortment management, including full product availability and compliance with merchandising standards at retail outlets.
- Resolve operational issues related to distribution, order execution, and product delivery in cooperation with distributors.
- Build and develop long-term partnerships with key distributor customers, including modern trade chains and traditional retail.
- Monitor compliance with company quality standards, pricing policy, and execution guidelines in points of sale.
- Support the implementation of commercial initiatives, promotional activities, and corporate projects.
What We Expect
- Higher education (Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or distributor business development, preferably in FMCG.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, trade marketing principles, and distributor management.
- Experience working with distributors and retail customers.
- Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, work with sales reports, and drive performance improvements.
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; English — Upper-Intermediate or above.
