Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the CCI Talent Management strategy and provide operational support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
- Work closely with the Talent Manager to implement talent management frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Lead and implement talent management projects and key processes across the country, including:
- Succession Planning
- Talent Development Forums
- Performance Management
Key Tasks & KPIs:
- Facilitate talent management processes for critical positions in cooperation with HRBPs and line managers.
- Support the implementation of career paths and internal mobility schemes within the country.
- Support HRBPs in recruitment for critical positions and contribute to improving onboarding processes.
- Provide support in executing Employee Engagement Surveys and follow-up action plans.
- Work with HRBPs to build and enhance their capability in Talent Management.
- Execute the annual Performance Management process in alignment with HQ requirements and support timely completion.
- Ensure execution of current talent management applications, policies, and procedures in alignment with HQ.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Development, or a related HR area.
- Trained in hiring techniques such as competency-based interviews, assessment and development centers, feedback, and coaching.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
- Dashboard usage and reporting experience.
- Excellent Excel skills, strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
Languages:
- English — B2 level or higher
- Russian and Uzbek — required
