Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the CCI Talent Management strategy and provide operational support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
  • Work closely with the Talent Manager to implement talent management frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Lead and implement talent management projects and key processes across the country, including:
    • Succession Planning
    • Talent Development Forums
    • Performance Management

Key Tasks & KPIs:

  • Facilitate talent management processes for critical positions in cooperation with HRBPs and line managers.
  • Support the implementation of career paths and internal mobility schemes within the country.
  • Support HRBPs in recruitment for critical positions and contribute to improving onboarding processes.
  • Provide support in executing Employee Engagement Surveys and follow-up action plans.
  • Work with HRBPs to build and enhance their capability in Talent Management.
  • Execute the annual Performance Management process in alignment with HQ requirements and support timely completion.
  • Ensure execution of current talent management applications, policies, and procedures in alignment with HQ.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Development, or a related HR area.
  • Trained in hiring techniques such as competency-based interviews, assessment and development centers, feedback, and coaching.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
  • Dashboard usage and reporting experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills, strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
